ASME STAMPED BOILER SHELLS FOR EXPORT:
The POWERMASTER boiler has been manufactured in Mexico since 1949.
The latest technologies worldwide have been integrated into our design through the years to achieve optimal performance. All our boiler shells have 5 ft²/H.P. of heating surface.
We have enlarged our combustion chamber expanding our diameters to assure a longer life. The result is a better and more efficient combustion with the best heat-fatigue (BTU hr/ft²) and flame liberation coefficients (BTU hr/fl³).
In our new boiler shells, the best burners from different manufacturers can be installed achieving the most efficient boiler levels that even our most prestigious competitors haven’t matched yet.
Efficiencies of 87 % at 100 % load, are a reality in our boilers.
The Wet-Back design (A novel design excluding the refractory frame) is integrated into our boiler-shells in the 80 H.P. to 900 H.P. range.
All our boiler shells are manufactured according to the ASME Code, and are registered at The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors and supplied with the ASME stamp.
Our boilers are manufactured in Mexico, in the City of San Juan del Río, Querétaro, in our state of the art factory called “Calderera del Centro, S.A. de C.V.”.
Taking into consideration that most of the accessories that are integrated in a boiler (burner, controls, valves) are made in U.S.A. and cheaply available on site, we export only the boiler shell with the ASME stamp. Our boiler shells - (3 Pass Wet-Back Scotch Packed Boiler) include:
· 3 Pass Wet Back design, which maintains gas velocities for effective heat transfer
with moderate gas side pressure drop.
· Wet Back turn around, which eliminates refractory baffles and gaskets.
· Design pressures: 15 PSIG, 150 PSIG, 200 PSIG and 250 PSIG.
· Full front tube sheet access provided by a single front door and two doors at the rear (Doors: Optional)
· Access to the rear fireside is available to the Wet-Back through an access opening.
· Structural steel skid type base.
· Large diameter furnace, providing complete combustion and maximum heat transfer.
All furnace designs are corrugated.
· Wetback chamber, providing additional heating surface for increased efficiency.
· Heavy steel lifting lugs for ease of handling.
· Two inch fiber insulation. (Optional).
· Paint finish applied to the 22 gauge steel jacket. (Optional)
We present two alternatives:
1). Outfit the new boiler shell with a used burner, valves and control system.
2) Outfit the new boiler shell with a new high efficiency burner, valves and control system buying these from the known local boiler service contractor, assuring a quick service. (We have to recognize, that through the years, the burner manufacturers have developed better combustion technologies, than the boiler manufactures with their own burners. Having the opportunity to select and buy a burner with a higher efficiency, lower fuel consumption, and better pollution levels, installed in a new boiler shell, the customer will have the best boiler brand at a low cost, and a quick response service from the local boiler service contractor).
We sell our boiler shells F.O.B. our plant in San Juan del Río, Querétaro.
