Entre mayor es la presi\u00f3n de operaci\u00f3n de una caldera, mayor es la temperatura y m\u00e1s corrosivo es el ox\u00edgeno disuelto, por lo que cada caldera tiene requerimientos diferentes de ox\u00edgeno disuelto m\u00e1ximo en relaci\u00f3n a la presi\u00f3n y la temperatura de trabajo.\n<br><br>\nUna caldera de tubos de agua normalmente trabaja a presiones mayores a 21 Kg\/cm2 (300 PSI) y con temperaturas superiores a las de saturaci\u00f3n del vapor (vapor sobrecalentado). En este tipo de calderas los requerimientos de ox\u00edgeno disuelto son muy estrictos.\n<br><br>\nUna caldera de tubos de humo por el otro lado, normalmente trabaja a presiones menores a 21 Kg\/cm2 (300 PSI) y con temperaturas de saturaci\u00f3n del vapor (vapor saturado). En este tipo de calderas los requerimientos de ox\u00edgeno disuelto son menos estrictos.\n<br><br>\nEn el caso de di\u00f3xido de carbono, su disoluci\u00f3n en el agua provocar\u00e1 bajos niveles de pH y la producci\u00f3n del corrosivo \u00e1cido carb\u00f3nico.\n<br><br>\n<b>Las alternativas existentes para eliminar el O2 y CO2 del agua son b\u00e1sicamente tres: deareaci\u00f3n o desaireaci\u00f3n por vac\u00edo, t\u00e9rmica y qu\u00edmica. Las dos \u00faltimas son las m\u00e1s utilizadas y se detallan a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-195752d e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"195752d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df76900 elementor-widget-mobile__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"df76900\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"527\" height=\"513\" src=\"https:\/\/www.powermaster.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Tanque.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-8900\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.powermaster.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Tanque.jpg 527w, https:\/\/www.powermaster.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Tanque-300x292.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 527px) 100vw, 527px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1532490 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1532490\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c29eca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9c29eca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">DEAREACI\u00d3N T\u00c9RMICA (Desaireaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica).<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba89740 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ba89740\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\nEl agua de alimentaci\u00f3n es calentada hasta su temperatura de saturaci\u00f3n dentro de un tanque llamado deareador para facilitar la liberaci\u00f3n de los gases disueltos y su posterior eliminaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un venteo.\n<br><br>\nExisten deareadores atmosf\u00e9ricos con los que se elimina f\u00e1cil y econ\u00f3micamente el 99% del ox\u00edgeno disuelto en el agua y deareadores presurizados con los que se elimina 99.99%, pero que son extremadamente costosos, complejos y dif\u00edciles de operar y mantener.<br><br><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a805abe elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a805abe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">DEAREACI\u00d3N QU\u00cdMICA (Desaireaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-059c681 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"059c681\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Se incorporan secuestrantes de ox\u00edgeno al sistema de alimentaci\u00f3n de agua de la caldera. El secuestrante de ox\u00edgeno m\u00e1s com\u00fan es el sulfito de sodio por su bajo costo, alta efectividad, r\u00e1pida reacci\u00f3n con el O2 y la f\u00e1cil medici\u00f3n de su contenido en el agua. La desventaja de utilizar sulfito de sodio es el aumento en los s\u00f3lidos totales disueltos (sulfatos de sodio) que deben ser extra\u00eddos mediante purgas.\n<br><br>\nLa principal alternativa al sulfito de sodio es la hidracina, que al volatilizarse no contribuye a los s\u00f3lidos disueltos pero cuyas desventajas son su alto costo y toxicidad.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c0901f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9c0901f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Recomendaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4df853f elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4df853f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Powermaster \u00fanicamente fabrica calderas de tubos de humo que producen vapor saturado y para las cuales se recomienda utilizar un deareador atmosf\u00e9rico (si el porcentaje de retorno de condensados es mayor a 60% basta con un tanque de condensados) y un peque\u00f1o r\u00e9gimen de producto qu\u00edmico.\n<br><br>\nEl uso de un deareador presurizado para una caldera de tubos de humo que produce vapor saturado es aceptable, pero resulta extremadamente costoso en su adquisici\u00f3n, mantenimiento y operaci\u00f3n.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u3164 deareadores \u3164 La necesidad de eliminar el ox\u00edgeno (O2) y el di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO2) del agua de alimentaci\u00f3n a calderas, tiene como objeto el prevenir da\u00f1os por corrosi\u00f3n en el lado agua de las calderas.
