integrado un hogar o tubo ca\u00f1\u00f3n corrugado en caliente.<br><br>\n\nTodas las calderas <b>Powermaster<\/b> con presiones de dise\u00f1o de 10.5 Kg\/cm2 o mayores de 80 HP a 1500 HP, se fabrican con un tubo ca\u00f1\u00f3n corrugado en caliente.<br><br>\n\nEl proceso m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil en la fabricaci\u00f3n de una caldera de tubos de humo, es indudablemente la fabricaci\u00f3n del tubo ca\u00f1\u00f3n corrugado en caliente. Este es el proceso m\u00e1s costoso y el que m\u00e1s impacto tiene sobre el precio final de la caldera, pero tambi\u00e9n es el que asegura que tenga una larga vida \u00fatil. (Una caldera con un hogar de tubo ca\u00f1\u00f3n corrugado en caliente, es aproximadamente 30 \u00f3 35 % m\u00e1s cara que una caldera con hogar de tubo ca\u00f1\u00f3n liso). Entre mayor sea el di\u00e1metro, menor ser\u00e1 el coeficiente, menor envejecimiento sufrir\u00e1 el material y por lo tanto, mayor ser\u00e1 su vida \u00fatil. Otro factor importante es el volumen total del hogar, obteniendo de esta forma el coeficiente de liberaci\u00f3n de la flama. Entre mayor sea el di\u00e1metro, menor ser\u00e1 el coeficiente de liberaci\u00f3n y por lo tanto, mejorar\u00e1 la formaci\u00f3n y conducci\u00f3n de la flama.
