La eficiencia de la caldera, es la eficiencia del proceso de intercambio de calor.\n<br><br>\nUna caldera eficiente aprovecha mejor la energ\u00eda que se le introduce y transmite de mejor manera esta energ\u00eda al agua o vapor, consumiendo menos combustible.\n<br><br><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1702186 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1702186\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">C\u00e1lculo de Q-IN<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-842ae4f elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"842ae4f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cada combustible, al ser quemado, libera una cantidad de energ\u00eda que se puede calcular si se conoce su composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica exacta. Esta energ\u00eda se le conoce como poder calor\u00edfico superior\n(Hs).\n<br>\nUna vez producida, esta energ\u00eda se reabsorbe parcialmente ya que todo combustible tiene un porcentaje de contenido de agua el cual no forma parte del proceso de combusti\u00f3n, pero que al\nentrar en contacto con la energ\u00eda producida, absorbe una parte para evaporarse. A la energ\u00eda sobrante despu\u00e9s de esta reabsorci\u00f3n, se le conoce como poder calor\u00edfico inferior (Hi) y siempre\nes menor al poder calor\u00edfico superior.\n<br><br>\n<b>Tomando en cuenta estos datos, se puede cuantificar f\u00e1cilmente la energ\u00eda introducida a la caldera midiendo la cantidad de combustible que ingresa a la caldera (FUELIN)\ny multiplicando este flujo por el poder calor\u00edfico de dicho combustible (Hs \u00f3 HI):<\/b>\n<br><br>\n<span style=\"color: #0C2340;border: 1px solid #0C2340;padding: 2px\">Q-IN = FUEL-IN x Hs \u00f3 Hl<\/span>\n<br><br>\nNormalmente al hacer este c\u00e1lculo, se asumen ciertos par\u00e1metros como la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica exacta del combustible, el contenido de agua del combustible y la medici\u00f3n del flujo de com-\nbustible que ingresa a la caldera. Cada uno de estos datos que se asumen como constantes para fines de c\u00e1lculo, en realidad son variables y contienen cierto margen de error (la composici\u00f3n\nqu\u00edmica del combustible var\u00eda de lote en lote dependiendo de su origen, el contenido de agua var\u00eda dependiendo del proveedor u origen y todo medidor de flujo tiene un margen de error en su\nmedici\u00f3n), por lo que el c\u00e1lculo de energ\u00eda que entra a la caldera tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 cierto margen de error.\n<br><br><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-246cf16 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"246cf16\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">C\u00e1lculo Q-OUT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83df9e4 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"83df9e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>La suma de energ\u00edas que salen de una caldera se conforma de vapor o agua caliente producida (QV), purgas o fugas (QB) y p\u00e9rdidas por radiaci\u00f3n y convecci\u00f3n (QHT):<\/b>\n<br><br><br>\n<span style=\"color: #0C2340;border: 1px solid #0C2340;padding: 2px\">Q-OUT = QV + QE + QHT<\/span>\n<br><br><br>\n<b>La energ\u00eda de vapor o agua caliente producida (QV) se puede calcular obteniendo de las tablas de vapor la entalp\u00eda del agua o vapor a la presi\u00f3n y temperatura de salida de\nla caldera (hOUT) y la entalp\u00eda del agua a la presi\u00f3n y temperatura de entrada a la caldera (hIN) y midiendo el flujo de agua o vapor que sale de la caldera hacia el proceso\n(MOUT):<\/b>\n<br><br><br>\n\n<span style=\"color: #0C2340;border: 1px solid #0C2340;padding: 2px\">QV = M-OUT(h-OUT - h-IN)<\/span>\n\n<br><br><br>\n<b>La energ\u00eda de purgas o fugas (QB) se puede calcular obteniendo de las tablas de vapor la entalp\u00eda del agua o vapor a la presi\u00f3n y temperatura de salida de la caldera (hOUT)\ny la entalp\u00eda del agua a la presi\u00f3n y temperatura de entrada a la caldera (hIN) y midiendo el flujo de purgas o fugas que salen de la caldera (MB):<\/b>\n<br><br><br>\n<span style=\"color: #0C2340;border: 1px solid #0C2340;padding: 2px\">QE = ME (h-OUT - h-IN)<\/span>\n<br><br><br>\nDebido a que las p\u00e9rdidas de purgas o fugas normalmente son de magnitud peque\u00f1a, no son tomadas en cuenta para el c\u00e1lculo de eficiencia.\n<br><br>\nLa energ\u00eda por p\u00e9rdidas por radiaci\u00f3n y convecci\u00f3n (QHT) resulta casi imposible medirla o calcularla y es pr\u00e1ctica com\u00fan en la industria el estimarla de acuerdo a la siguiente tabla:\n<br>\n<BR>\n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66a5624 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\"
